CLEARWATER, FL, April 29, 2011 (Press-News.org) Miles For Hope, Inc. is soliciting the public for donations in May to fund the first of two brain cancer vaccine clinical trials in 2011, one for low-grade brain tumor patients and one for pediatric patients.
"Since May is National Brain Tumor Awareness Month, this campaign is an excellent way to promote awareness while raising funds for cutting-edge treatments," said Barb Gibbs, Executive Director of Miles For Hope, Inc. "We can ensure, with the help of the public, that people with low-grade brain tumors and pediatric patients will have access to treatments which are less toxic and provide a better quality of life than conventional treatments."
