CARLSBAD, CA, April 30, 2011 (Press-News.org) In an interview with Business Review Australia, Tony Dickens discusses the necessity and details of the Te Rapa Bypass, a key component of the Waikato Expressway project.

"Our local arterial roads are quite congested with a mix of travellers passing through Hamilton and local people trying to go about their business," Dickens explains. "This expressway will separate those two flows of people."

The $112 million project is delivered by the Alliance, a partnership of the New Zealand Transport Agency (NZTA), Opus International Consultants and Fulton Hogan. Opus International designed the project while Fulton Hogan is responsible for the construction of it.
