TotalMobile's Mobile Field Service Solutions for Government and Enterprises to be Showcased at BlackBerry World 2011

TotalMobile, a BlackBerry Alliance Select Member, will be showcasing its BlackBerry smartphone line of business solutions for the government and the enterprise at BlackBerry World 2011.

2011-04-30
FLORIDA, April 30, 2011 (Press-News.org) Acting on significant partner and customer demand, TotalMobile, a BlackBerry Alliance Select Member, will be showcasing its TotalMobile application suite for BlackBerry smartphones. The application suite will also be available for the new BlackBerry PlayBook tablet later this year. The suite will be officially unveiled at the TotalMobile stand #313 at BlackBerry World 2011, May 3rd - 5th, 2011.

TotalMobile provides its customers with an enterprise-wide set of customizable mobile applications managed through its web platform. There are currently ten applications that can be combined to facilitate a wide range of industries such as: asset maintenance, health and human services, home healthcare, compliance management, inspections, field services etc. The suite provides enterprise and government agencies with the ability to quickly and cost effectively deliver comprehensive mobility solutions that their customers need.

Enterprise Mobility provides a huge opportunity for an organization to extend enterprise information out to their field service unit. Often field workers struggle to make appropriate and informed decisions due to the lack of information available when they need it most. This is often due to a paper based process with outdated methods of information collection and storage. Making the field workforce truly mobile ready, means providing them with the best applications and devices possible which in turn will offer them the ability to improve productivity, increase efficiency and reduce the overall operational costs of the organization. TotalMobile customers have made huge savings across all areas, from simple paper and printing cost savings to increased staff utilization. TotalMobile can also help organizations increase efficiency, provide enhanced customer service, improve compliance and reduce their carbon footprint.

TotalMobile chose the BlackBerry platform for its enterprise applications due to its unparalleled management and security credentials and, crucially for mobile workers, the ability to work off-line without compromising the service. TotalMobile is compatible with BlackBerry OS 5 and above, as well as the BlackBerry PlayBook tablet.

Michael Douglas, TotalMobile Director of Channel Strategy, North America said, "TotalMobile is excited to be able to offer our Enterprise Packaged Mobility solution for the BlackBerry Platform. We believe that organizations that want to fully automate their field working business processes with industry leading applications on a secure and flexible Enterprise ready platform need look no further than a TotalMobile Solution. We have received outstanding support from Research in Motion from both a partner and product standpoint."
