But due to health problems, the dead skin which is not exfoliated effectively becomes very sticky when combined with the sebum oil. The pores thus are clogged.

"Hormonal imbalance can cause the sebaceous glands to generate excess sebum oil. And hereditary as well as dietary factors can cause health problems.
