CAL INC Announces Availability of Stormwater Consulting Services

Leading California Provider of Environmental Services, EPA & OSHA Training, Construction and Demolition Services Announces Stormwater Consulting Services for Municipalities, Manufacturers, and Contractors

2011-05-04
VACAVILLE, CA, May 04, 2011 (Press-News.org) CAL INC, Northern California's leading provider of Asbestos, Lead, and Mold abatement and remediation services, commercial and remodel construction, and the leading provider of EPA and OSHA training and certification courses, is proud to announce the immediate availability of a comprehensive set of Stormwater Consulting services to assist companies in a variety of industries in creating a program that will achieve NPDES compliance (National Pollution Discharge Elimination System).

"We are excited to be on the cutting edge of offering solutions to help municipalities, manufacturers and contractors across California gain a better understanding of what the new regulations require," said Mr. David Esparza, CEO of CAL INC. "Our Stormwater consulting services will enable companies to achieve their NPDES compliance without significant infrastructure and resource investments."

Stormwater runoff is generated when precipitation from rain and snowmelt flows over land and impervious surfaces and does not percolate into the ground. It accumulates debris, chemicals, sediment and other pollutants that could adversely affect water quality if the runoff is discharged untreated.

"CAL INC's Stormwater consulting services provide myriad benefits to our clients, including preserving water quality, mitigating runoff and flooding, minimizing risk to water quality and future development, correcting legacy storm water concerns and issues, and maximizing the impact of existing stormwater programs," said Olivia Trudell, Vice President of Operations at CAL INC.

CAL INC provides a comprehensive set of stormwater consulting services, including:
- Updating or writing SWPPPs and developing SWMPs
- Implementing SWPPPs
- Monitoring and documenting quarterly and monthly observations for non-stormwater discharges
- Collecting, analyzing, and documenting stormwater samples
- Submitting and tracking samples to approved testing labs
- Writing and implementing stormwater procedures within your organization
- Providing oversite and ongoing coaching to ensure Best Management Practices on your site
- Assisting in understanding and navigating stormwater permitting requirements
- Developing and meeting annual EPA reporting requirements

CAL INC can provide these services on a standalone, as-needed basis, or as a turnkey project where they act as an outsourced stormwater management organization.
