Funnyman Jimmy Carr is gearing up to perform at Lakes Leisure in Kendal next month.

MANCHESTER, ENGLAND, May 05, 2011 (Press-News.org) Fans of comedian Jimmy Carr will be delighted to hear that the TV funnyman is set to perform at Lakes Leisure in Kendal on Thursday May 26th.

Carr will be stopping off at the venue as part of his Laughter Therapy tour, which has already seen him perform to audiences at locations all over the UK.

Tickets are priced at GBP25, although may be subject to a booking fee and administration charges.

The show is suitable for over-16s only, due to the risque comedy that Carr has become known for throughout his career.

Spectators are asked to be in their seats when the performance starts at 20:00 BST, with organisers also warning that the show is not suitable for anyone with a sensitive disposition.

Lakes Leisure in Kendal is playing host to a number of comedians over the coming months, including Dave Spikey, who will be making an appearance on his Words Don't Come Easy tour.

Tickets for Carr's show on October 22nd are priced at GBP16.50 for adults and GBP15.50 for concessions.
