Founded in 2001, M&Y initially focused on providing document management services to U.K. and Australian markets. Today, M&Y provides a range of BPO services to the U.S. and China markets as well. M&Y Global Services has broadened its range of business processes offerings to include services for domains in Insurance and Banking, Retail, Construction and Manufacturing. Additionally, M&Y now offers cross-industry services in Finance & Accounting (F&A), Contact Centre, Market Research and Supply Chain Management.
