SPRINGVILLE, UT, May 13, 2011 (Press-News.org) Cedar Fort Publishing is celebrating its 25th anniversary on May 20. A carnival will be held with proceeds going to Project Read, a Utah County adult literacy program.
The event will held in the Cedar Fort parking lot at 2373 West 700 South in Springville from 3 to 6 pm. It will include pony rides, dunk tanks, and various games for the whole family.
"This is our chance to give back to the community that has supported us for the past 25 years," said Cedar Fort owner Lyle Mortimer.
Every student who attends the event, Cedar Fort will donate a book to their school library. Event goers can also meet some of Cedar Fort's best-selling authors.
Also during the celebration attendees can purchase new titles from the warehouse at a discount of 25 percent off.
