Entrance to this part of the festival is priced at GBP3, but most of the other events are free to attend.
As well as Warner's appearance, Fergus Coyle of Rick Stein's Fish and Chips in Falmouth will give a culinary demonstration on October 15th.
Other chefs due to appear include Arty Williams, Nick Hodges, Fiona Were and Dez Turland.
A programme of live music will run throughout the four days in Falmouth's event square, while there will also be a Cornish produce marquee and children's activities.
One of the most popular resorts on the south coast of Cornwall, Falmouth is famous for its natural harbour, picturesque houses and sandy beaches.
