Gonarezhou Transfrontier Park will support the "Great Gorilla Run" with one of a kind stay in the African park

Gonarezhou Transfrontier Park became actively involved in the event the Great Gorilla Run , which is organized by the Prague City and Prague Zoo to help save the gorillas in Africa.

2011-05-17
PRAGUE, CZECH REPUBLIC, May 17, 2011 (Press-News.org) As part of this charity event Gonarezhou Transfrontier Park provides a valuable prize - a one of a kind seven day stay for two at the Gonarezhou Transfrontier Park in Mozambique.

The Great Gorilla Run Charity Event
The Great Gorilla Run is a one of a kind charity event, which focuses on saving the gorillas in the wild. This event takes place internationally since 2003 already. This year's Prague run will be on Saturday May 28th, 2011 at 14:00. Hundreds, possibly thousands of people will run from the Prague Castle all the way to the Old Town Square in gorilla masks or without. The event with a festive African style accompanying program is organized by the Prague City along with the Prague Zoo and with the support of the Gonarezhou Transfrontier Park. All of the proceeds from entry fees will be donated to the support of gorillas in Africa.

The Gonarezhou Transfrontier Park is a general partner of this charity event. It donates a one of a kind prize to the Great Gorilla Run - a seven day stay for two people at the Gonarezhou Transfrontier Park full of unique adventures and travels in the untouched wild nature on the borders between Mozambique and Zimbabwe.

Gonarezhou Transfrontier Park
At the Gonarezhou Transfrontier Park in Mozambique you will experience a return to true wilderness untouched by humans. Elephants, rhinos, hippopotamuses, lions, cheetahs, buffalo, antelopes, zebras and other countless kinds of animals live here in their original natural habitat.

Gonarezhou Transfrontier Park spans across Mozambique and is one of the largest private African parks. It neighbors and fluently ties into the Gonarezhou National Park in Zimbabwe.
The primary objective for the Gonarezhou Transfrontier Park is to protect the natural wealth preserved in the area that is practically untouched by humans. Another integral activity of the park is a sensitive, sustainable and long term development of local communities.

Park activities focus on the construction of schools, hospitals, healthcare facilities, water reservoirs or the development of local infrastructure. All these steps are taken with utmost consideration for the environment while respecting the pristine state and beauty of this area.
There is an opportunity to actively help this region even in the Czech Republic through the Helping Africa charity drive. More information is available at http://www.pomahameafrice.cz.

Gonarezhou Transfrontier Park also offers inexhaustible opportunities and experiences for the lovers of Africa. Since the primary objective is the protection of the natural beauties of this region, the number of visitors to the park is strictly limited. Those lucky enough to visit this gorgeous place and get to know its beauties are rewarded with a direct contact with pristine nature. Gonarezhou Transfrontier Park is an ideal place for the fans of unusual experiences, adventures, nature and Africa in general.
