EFR for Trademarks Complements Existing Patent Document Management Solution

The new product complements FTF's existing EFR for Patents patent document management solution. EFR-TM centralizes the storage of all documents related to the prosecution and maintenance of trademarks for jurisdictions around the world, enabling rapid access, sharing, and ease of management. The product integrates seamlessly with customers' existing docketing solutions and with an increasing number of global trademark offices.

Featuring a graphical and composite display for easy organization and management of visual marks, EFR-TM also consolidates and intelligently displays search results from trademark databases around the globe, such as WIPO's ROMARIN (Read-Only-Memory of Madrid Active Registry INformation) and the USPTO's TESS (the Trademark Electronic Search System) and TARR (the Trademark Applications and Registration Retrieval system). EFR-TM also manages and automates associations between trademarks and the user's Internet domains, products, and patents.

EFR for Trademarks works with FTF's robust workflow management and agent access modules, and can be purchased in combination with, or separately from, EFR for Patents.
