Recently in the news: The Pittsburgh Steelers used sports hypnosis in preparation for Super Bowl 43. Levi Leipheimer, the Tour of California cyclist, has been using sports hypnosis since 2006. Of course Tiger Woods has used hypnosis since he was about the age of 13.Like it or not, most Gyms are the same. Sure, the gym may have different equipment or even a pool, but in the end gyms basically are there to help the client to get fit.

This event will be conducted October 18th,19th and 20th.
