ProcessPro Offers AnyTime Learning Training Sessions

AnyTime Learning is a collection of web-based videos for users of ProcessPro ERP software. Both set-up and transaction training sessions are available for all of ProcessPro Premier applications.

"The AnyTime Learning 'Navigation' course is a perfect way for new users to learn how navigate efficiently within ProcessPro software applications," says Dana Michalicek, ProcessPro Client Support Specialist. "Each user is also able to personalize his or her work desktop to be able to quickly and capably perform transactions and enter data."

The 'Setup and Maintain' courses are well suited to clients that have been up and running for a while. With the focus on reviewing the different ProcessPro configuration options and master data setup, clients can be sure they have selected the optimal settings for their business needs. It's also a great way to better understand features they may not be currently using and evaluate whether changes should be made.

AnyTime Learning sessions can be accessed any hour of the day and as many times as needed. It is a great tool to assist ProcessPro ERP users in training new staff or as a refresher for existing staff. It is currently accessible through the ProductAdvantage Connection forum. Members of ProcessPro ClientAdvantage may access AnyTime Learning sessions for free; all other ProcessPro users can access the sessions for a small fee.
