Seasoned Broker Says Humboldt County Offers Best Option For Real Estate Location

Veteran real estate broker Sabrina Hancock is bringing new energy to Humboldt County's unique property market, which ranges from oceanfront homes to mountaintop retreats.

2011-05-20
EUREKA, CA, May 20, 2011 (Press-News.org) Eureka, CALIFORNIA-Veteran real estate broker Sabrina Hancock is bringing new energy to Humboldt County's unique property market, which ranges from oceanfront homes to mountaintop retreats.

Using the internet to expand her client base, Hancock recently had a website developed by the marketing firm Strategic eMarketing (www.StrategiceMarketing.com). Although the site has only been active for a few months, Sabrina noted, "I have already had a few referrals from the site, I am very happy with the work that Emanuel and his team did for me."

Emanuel Rose, owner of Strategic eMarketing, commented, "I am confident Sabrina Hancock's Real Estate web site will help get information about Humboldt County and the Redwood lifestyle to home buyers and travelers all over the world."

In her recently posted blog, "Humboldt County Lifestyle" at http://www.sabrinahancock.com, Hancock cited a number of reasons why property buyers should start considering Northern California's real estate gem.

"There are probably as many reasons for loving Humboldt as there are people living throughout our unique county," writes Hancock.

The county's primary population centers of Eureka, the county seat, and the college town of Arcata, where Humboldt State University is located, are situated next to Humboldt Bay which is California's second largest natural bay.

The county's incorporated cities and unincorporated areas are also known for hundreds of ornate examples of impressive Victorian architecture. "Humboldt County offers the most sensible location for healthy living when life in the metropolis and urban centers becomes too taxing to one's well being," says Hancock.

A graduate of Humboldt State University, Hancock earned a Bachelor of Science degree combining Environmental Engineering, Business, and Communications. After traveling extensively throughout North America and Europe, she decided to come back to her roots where she would later raise her family.

Combining her education and people skills in real estate became Hancock's passion, especially after she obtained her Brokers' license years ago. Adding her expertise in computers and the internet, she uses technology to keep her instantly on top of what's new in the market. She knows where and how to look for what is out there, and if it's out there, she finds it.

"I believe that a good deal is when both the buyer and the seller are happy," she concludes.

Sabrina is associated with Coldwell Banker Cutten Realty at 2120 Campton Road, Suite C, Eureka CA 95503. For more information, call her at (707) 445-8811, ext. 125 or email her at sabrina@sabrinahancock.com.
