All-Pro Science and Tony Gonzalez Add San Francisco 49ers Safety to Athlete Endorser Roster

IRVINE, CA, May 22, 2011 (Press-News.org) All-Pro Science, Inc. (APS) has announced with its President, Tony Gonzalez, the addition of San Francisco safety, Chris Maragos, as a member of its elite professional athlete endorser team known as TEAM APS. TEAM APS includes top athletes such as NFL greats Warren Moon, Will Shields, and Jason McCourty. MLB All Star Troy Tulowitzki and USA softball's top outfielder Caitlin Lowe are also among TEAM APS's notable athletes. APS athletes are not paid and choose to be an endorser because of their belief in the all-natural lifestyle and desire to be a part of APS' unique and wholesome message.

After initially playing for Western Michigan as a wide receiver, Maragos transferred to his native state to play college football at the University of Wisconsin. As captain in 2010 he was an All-Big Ten Honorable mention and Sportsmanship honoree and winner of the UW Tom Weisner Award. Maragos was recognized as a one of eleven NCAA Division I football players selected for the All-State AFCA Good Works Team for his work to raise $10,000 for obtaining clean water for Africa. Maragos, as well as other AFCA Good Works Team players worked to rebuild an elementary school that was damaged heavily by Hurricane Katrina. In 2010, Maragos signed with NFL's San Francisco 49ers as a safety and successfully made his first tackle against Super Bowl Champs, the Green Bay Packers.
