Caversham acquires a new Healing Tiger

The Healing Tiger, a new healing centre and shop in Caversham, will open this June, bringing a new approach to holistic therapy to Reading.

2011-05-23
CAVERSHAM, ENGLAND, May 23, 2011 (Press-News.org) Based in Prospect Street in Caversham, Healing Tiger, formerly known as The Crystal Dragon, will open as a new specialist holistic centre.

The centre and shop will re-open under its new name on 11th June 2011, with a Healing Show; a full day of taster sessions, offered by the Healing Tiger therapists, for people to gain an insight into natural, holistic therapies and to experience them first hand, at a much reduced rate.

The new owner, P Jay, comments, "It will be a great day for people to come and see the centre, meet new people, sample our therapies and gain a greater understanding of healing therapy and how it can be used to relax and relieve stress."

However, a change of name also means a new direction, with a focus on alternative healing therapies, such as massage techniques, Shiatsu and Reiki.

"I wanted the centre to specialise on natural healing therapies, to aid mind, body and spirit. These types of therapies relax, provide stress relief and promote wellness - perfect for the busy lives we lead today." says P Jay.

The hand-picked therapists, at the Healing Tiger, have been chosen specifically to provide a high level of care; ensuring clients receive the best possible, professional attention. The therapists will also provide training and development classes, for people wishing to learn more about the therapies.

P Jay comments, "I am very proud of the therapists and staff at the Healing Tiger, who have helped immensely over the last few weeks of changes and adjustments. I believe we now have a great balance of personalities and services, which certainly makes for a great atmosphere at a centre for health and natural well being."

The Healing Tiger is currently under minor renovation; however, the services and shop will be open to all customers and clients.
