SPRINGVILLE, UT, September 16, 2010 (Press-News.org) Five Star Painting, Inc. is giving individuals the opportunity to alter the face of their town in the best way possible. The Five Star C.A.R.E.S. (Cleanup and Repair Event Service) project will congregate community assistance and awareness for the rampant graffiti problems in North America today. An all-day event will be sponsored by Five Star Painting, Inc. on September 18, 2010 within several cities; participating cities to date include Boston, Mass., Oakland, Mich., Denver, Colo., Salt Lake City and Provo, Utah, and Atlanta, Ga. Knowing the negative effect that graffiti frequently has on communities and families, this program has the potential to influence lives. Cleaning up the streets is the first step towards creating a safer neighborhood; this project can make a difference inside and outside any home. With the brighter outlook afforded by a fresh appearance, new attitudes can form within the neighborhood to affect a better future for everyone involved.
With Five Star Painting franchises across North America, Five Star crews will spread out in force, hosting a community event large enough to do some damage or rather, clean it all up. The crews will be painting over graffiti and misplaced spray paint in regions across the United States and Canada in an attempt to recover the desired and appropriate representation of the city. Five Star Painting, Inc. is making an effort in order to make home feel more like home again. A simple coat of paint could easily do the same for any neighborhood.
In the past, Five Star franchisees have participated in a variety of charitable endeavors; Al Pearce of Atlanta, Ga. recently finished participating in a remodeling sponsored by The Fuller Center for Housing, an organization founded by Millard Fuller, the original founder and president of Habitat for Humanity, International. The Springville, Utah branch just completed some work for Habitat for Humanity as well. In line with their dedication to service, Five Star Painting is sponsoring an annual event that will assist neighborhoods with city-approved projects; whatever it takes to make individuals feel safer in their homes.
