Kingwood Health and Wellness Clinic Starts Hcg Studies For Weight Loss

Study includes patients treated with a low carbohydrate diet with comparison groups treated with phentermine, Hcg and a combination of phentermine and Hcg.

KINGWOOD, TX, June 07, 2011 (Press-News.org) Kingwood Health and Wellness Clinic is conducting several studies in the prevention of diabetes and heart disease. One of the studies in progress is comparing patient populations taking phentermine alone versus Hcg alone. Hcg has been used since around 1954 for weight loss and for decades in the treatment of infertility both male and female. If interested in participating in one of our studies please contact our clinic to see if you qualify. You must be overweight with a BMI (body mass index) greater than 25 to be considered.
