Apple Visual Graphics Creates a One of a Kind Brochure for TF Cornerstone and Nestseekers 99 John Street Project

NEW YORK, NY, June 08, 2011 (Press-News.org) Apple Visual Graphics did not only print the 99 John Street Brochure, but had the most senior in house graphic designer, with over 20 years of industry experience, spend hours working in Adobe CS5 software. Designs were made with Adobe Illustrator with Varnish Plates and Press Layouts created using In Design and Illustrator.

The brochure was created using 120 pound dull cover FSC paper. This is a heavier weight, thus thicker paper, giving the brochure a substantial hand feel. Prior to folding the piece was 27 inches in height requiring use of one of the industry's larger wide format presses a 40" 5 color Heidelberg SM102 press. Apple Visual Graphics then used a Spot UV in two places to give the front and back cover an extra glossy finish depicting the 99 John Street building. The brochure then had to be die cut using a Bobst die cutter to create a custom back pocket which was then glued by hand. To finalize and perfect this beautiful piece, Velcro Dots were cut and applied by hand so the brochure could be folded to safely house additional inserts put into the pocket. This attention to detail combined with an eye for beauty has Apple Visual Graphics as the go to printer for clients such as the Apollo Theater, The Blue Note Jazz Festival, and the Museum of the City of New York.
