Paramount Equity Continues to Expand its Experienced Team

ROSEVILLE, CA, June 08, 2011 (Press-News.org) Paramount Equity is pleased to announce that Kelly Resendez and Michael Ferreira have joined the growing company as Vice President of Business & Sales Development and District Sales Manager, respectively. Both will make a positive impact on Paramount Equity's team and play important parts in the company's vision of providing value and unparalleled service to its thousands of customers.

Resendez has more than 19 years of experience working with realtors and homeowners at national companies, such as Home Savings, Washington Mutual and Wells Fargo. Her knowledge and insights made her one of the Top 5 mortgage originators in the nation for families purchasing homes from her previous employer, where she was also a coach and inspired others to become the best originators possible, as part of living a purpose-filled life that also achieves work-life balance. Since 2003, Resendez has also helped to coach more than 200 Realtors in Sacramento, El Dorado and Placer Counties, assisting them with growing their businesses. Resendez will now contribute to Paramount Equity's continuing expansion and marketing partnership with Guthy-Renker, the world's largest direct marketing company. As part of her work-life balance, she is attending the University of Mass Lowell, working toward completion of a psychology degree in 2012. She is also the advisory council chair for Full Circle Teen Drug Treatment Center in Roseville, where she is responsible for the scholarship fund and securing corporate donors.

Ferreira also brings more than 15 years of experience to the Paramount Equity team, having previously managed large sales teams, some comprised of 24 managers and more than 100 people. He has helped open offices for Washington Mutual and Countrywide, and was in the Top 5 percent of managers. He has also received national recognition for the accomplishments of his sales teams. He has a Bachelor of Arts degree from St. Martin's University in the supervision of personnel. Ferreira's ability to lead and motivate people makes him a strong fit for the Paramount Equity District Sales Manager position.
