PHUKET, THAILAND, June 09, 2011 (Press-News.org) The festival has won a number of awards in recent years and has even been named the 'Best Community Event in Australia'. The activities are to take place in an indoor 'village' which covers almost three acres of land in Warrnambool and once visitors have paid to get in there are no further costs, making it a cost-effective way to keep the children entertained while on holiday.
The event has been organised by the Warrnambool City Council and is run on a not for profit basis. Activities are supervised by experienced volunteers and funded by generous sponsors. The activities are aimed at children aged from two to 12 years and the venue is easily reached by both car and public transport, being located at Corner Liebig and Timor St. The location is also ideal for those who want to explore this part of the country a little more.
