CALGARY, AB, June 10, 2011 (Press-News.org) On May 16th and 17th of last month Rigstar Communications held its 'First Annual Remote Communications CIO Conference' at the Hotel Arts in Calgary, where leading enterprise Information Technology and oil and gas organizations were in attendance.
Among the convention's attendees was the North American Construction Group (NACG), a premier provider of mining, heavy construction, industrial, piling and pipeline services in Canada, whose CIO, David Booth, delivered a defining oration on remote unified communications and NACG's drivers, challenges, wins and losses.
Booth was extremely impressed with the conference's keynote presentations which included speeches and slideshows from Redline Communications, Dell Canada, Aastra Telecom, GCI Industrial Telecom and Marlabs.
"Overall, the two day conference was excellent providing a wide array of quality presentations; from the technical to the pragmatic," he said.
