David S. Rapp Joins Colliers International | West Michigan

David S. Rapp has joined Colliers International | West Michigan as an industrial associate.

GRAND RAPIDS, MI, June 10, 2011 (Press-News.org) David S. Rapp has joined Colliers International | West Michigan as an industrial associate.

In his new role, Rapp will be responsible for industrial brokerage in West Michigan. He will assist Colliers by managing and negotiating key deals that require a quick turnaround. He has experience with acquiring and disposing of distressed assets and working with financial institutions and buyers to finalize deals.

This is Rapp's second tenure with Colliers. He left Michigan in 2004 to lead land acquisition and development for Tampa-based Centex Corp. While in Florida, he held several executive-level positions and acquired, developed and managed a real estate portfolio of more than $200 million.

Active professionally, Rapp is a member of the Commercial Association of Realtors , National Association of Realtors , Michigan Association of Realtors and the Urban Land Institute.

Rapp holds a bachelor of science in political science from Grand Valley State University. He and his wife, Shannon, reside in East Grand Rapids with their three children.
