Ivey, the first and only African American woman in the drilling industry, has formed PHOENIX GLOBAL CONCESSIONS, a full service food & beverage and retail concessionaire company providing services in airports, sports arenas, hospitals, amusement parks and performing venues. Ivey appointed Dr. Leon J. Oldham as Executive Vice President/COO and Saahara Glaude as Vice President of Business Development. This leadership Team is comprised of a cadre of professionals with a combined experience of over fifty (50) years in Franchising Consulting, Beverage Industry, QSR Consulting, Branding Awareness and Imaging throughout the USA and abroad, Phoenix Global Concessions is AC/DBE Delegation Certified.
