Texas Storage Company Proguard Self Storage's Bear Creek Location Provides Boat Storage

Houston self storage leader Proguard Self Storage offers boat storage at its Bear Creek/Copperfield location.

2011-06-12
HOUSTON, TX, June 12, 2011 (Press-News.org) Texas storage provider Proguard Self Storage's Bear Creek, Houston location offers the same amenities as Proguard's other facilities - such as climate controlled storage units, free use of loading carts, and automatic lighting - in addition to boat storage ideal for the warm weather. Located conveniently off Houston's Highway 6 North, the Bear Creek/Copperfield location is one of the company's larger facilities, able to easily store a number of boats and RVs.

"We know that boat storage is an asset in any area, and Houston is a place people pass through a lot while they're on vacation. Sometimes they just need somewhere to leave their boats before they start their trips, other times they just don't need their boats for the end of their vacations. The people who do live in the area go on vacation elsewhere and often, especially during longer vacations, want someplace to keep their boats while they're away. Whatever the case, we want people to know that they can conveniently store their boats with Proguard Storage," said Blenda Stapleton, a Proguard Self Storage Houston manager.

All the boat storage units come equipped with electrical outlets, so generators can be charged during storage if needed. Proguard's wide driveways and unit doorways make boat storage easier than ever, and the Houston storage facility employs top-of-the-line rodent and insect control, so customers won't return to their boats to find a new set of tenants living aboard. Like Proguard's other Houston public storage facilities, the hallways and units are also equipped with automatic lighting, which means no fumbling around for a light switch in the dark.

In keeping with Proguard's other Texas storage location, the Bear Creek facility also features a number of security measures, including computerized gates, accessible only by coded entry; individually alarmed units with extra ENFORCER cylinder locks; and video surveillance monitored by on-site managers. Proguard also utilizes 8' barbed wire security fences, and makes sure the premises' interiors and exteriors are always well-lit.

"When it comes to storing boats and RVs, indoor storage is always the recommend option. Our Houston public storage facility provides the protection our clients are looking for without a hefty price tag," Stapleton said.

The company is also available on Facebook, at http://www.Facebook.com/ProguardSelfStorageHouston and on Twitter, at http://www.Twitter.com/StorageHouston, with a Houston storage blog at http://www.ProguardStorageBlog.com.

ProguardStorage.com offers quality Houston self storage at an affordable price. We provide a comfortable, well-lit environment, so you'll always feel safe at our self storage units Houston.
