COLUMBUS, OH, August 17, 2010 (Press-News.org) The event will take place on Saturday, September 11, from 10:00 - 10:45 a.m., at Dexter Falls Park, 5091 Dexter Falls Road, Columbus. Participants donate a minimum of $15 to join the class, and 100 percent of the proceeds go to Autism Awareness.
Participants can expect a great workout for a great cause. Trainer Jason Yun will take the class through a dynamic warm-up, two or three body weight intervals, and an 8-10 station circuit featuring resistance bands, kettlebells, medicine balls, and more.
