The new office will help Focus Softnet consolidate and strengthen its regional presence and will act as a support services hub for its ASEAN operations.

The new office will initially have a team of ten people on board with the company planning to recruit at least another ten people for expanding their local operations. "Philippines offers an excellent pool of local talent and we are confident we will meet our resource requirements by hiring people locally. The local internet penetration levels are also increasing at phenomenal rate every year, which would allow us to implement cloud based product delivery model besides continuing to sell on our perpetual licensing model," Mr. Jawad added.
