CINCINNATI, OH, June 14, 2011 (Press-News.org) The name Harris "The Total Entertainer" Haith has been heard in the Entertainment industry for over 30 years. Harris Haith has been involved in various entities throughout his illustrious career. Starting out as a song writer, his first song made the top 40 billboard charts. As a recording Artist, his first solo record (Show Me the Way) also made the charts. This only served to wet his appetite for the business. He then moved into the Artist Management and was also a Standup Comedian. His book "Growing up Laughing with Eddie Murphy", which gives a detailed account of his childhood growing up with famed comedian Eddie Murphy, has been well received even before its publication date. Thanks to the success of his book and drive, doors continue to open for HHP, LLC. In the pipeline is a movie deal for "Growing Up Laughing with Eddie Murphy", Television Pilots and several other projects. In addition to his book tour, HHP will host light casting for the movie. Running parallel to Harris' life in entertainment and creating literary works, is his most prized initiative, Chairman of the Harris Haith Patient Relief Fund at Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital (New Brunswick, NJ). This foundation was created to assist low-income patients who have difficulty paying for their expensive transplant medications. Ten percent of the book's net profits and the upcoming film adaptation will go to this foundation.
