When we begin to live that which we are passionate about it will then set us on a path to not only heal our past but also begin dancing to the rhythms of our lives.

An Amateur International Latin Ballroom dancer, Trudy-Ann began creating her passion when she realized that the life she was living was causing her to be depressed, suicidal and extremely unhappy. Trudy-Ann believes that problems begin to occur when who we really are begins to conflict with that which we are expected to be or become. Individuals have developed a sense of responsibility to family and or religion rather than having a responsibility to the "Self". One of the biggest fears is the fear of going against the family, religion or the culture and this fear causes some to be paralyzed and prevents them from healing and really living the lives they truly desire. Growing up in a life filled with domestic violence, sexual abuse and alcoholism which were hidden under the guise of religion, culture and tradition, she realized that her life may become a repeat of the very environment she was trying to escape.

Dancing was always a passion of hers, so, after years of denying herself of what she really desired, she decided to pursue her love for dance and became a Competitive Amateur International Ballroom Dancer. Her passion was ignited and her life began to heal. It was a slow process, but out of it numerous passions were either re-discovered or created. Create Your Passion Spiritual Life Design Coaching was born.
