Citrin Cooperman's Zsoldos Appointed To Women in Business Steering Committee

Women In Business, an influential women's professional group in northern New Jersey, bolstered its management ranks by adding accountant Sharon Zsoldos, a manager with accounting firm Citrin Cooperman, to its steering committee.

SPRINGFIELD, NJ, June 17, 2011 (Press-News.org) Citrin Cooperman & Company, LLP, a leading accounting and business consulting firm, announced today that manager Sharon Zsoldos has been appointed to the Morris County Chamber of Commerce's Women in Business Steering Committee.

Women in Business is a networking group within the Morris County Chamber of Commerce dedicated to empowering women in their professional and personal lives. Women in Business holds events throughout the year that draw hundreds of professional women from throughout northern New Jersey on a range of topics.

Zsoldos, a resident of Pompton Lakes, will serve a two-year term. Her responsibilities include chairing one event during the two-year term, attending the monthly steering committee meetings, and attending as many Women in Business events as possible.

"In a very short time, Sharon has distinguished herself through her commitment and passion to Women in Business," said Angela Kubisky, Executive Vice President of Membership and Marketing for the Morris County Chamber of Commerce and the Women in Business steering committee. "Sharon is engaging, helpful and has the leadership we look for in steering committee members. Her participation in our January event was vital to its success when we had attendance of more than 150 women."

Zsoldos, who joined the Morris County Chamber of Commerce in April 2010, volunteered for three Women in Business events, including the January program on effective networking. She also serves on the Morris County Chamber of Commerce's Young Professionals committee.

"We encourage our professionals to get involved in the business community, and Sharon is no exception to our firm's efforts," said Alex Serrano, partner in charge of the firm's New Jersey office in Springfield. "Sharon has been instrumental in establishing Citrin Cooperman's relationship with the Morris County Chamber of Commerce and its members."
