CARLSBAD, CA, September 17, 2010 (Press-News.org) Inches-A-Weigh is opening the doors to a new franchise location. The center, located at 1850 Marron Road, Suite 114, in Carlsbad California, is one of many recent additions to the Inches-A-Weigh family in the United States and Canada. Inches-A-Weigh emphasizes a complete approach to weight loss - nutrition, exercise and support. They provide family-oriented nutritional eating plans, guided exercise, positive support and personal counseling to help clients reach and maintain a healthy physique.

Inches-A-Weigh addresses the most important facets of losing weight and reaching an optimal state of health. "We offer a complete program that is specifically designed to help women lose weight and lead a more balanced lifestyle", said Lane Pearson. "We see that people recognize the need for better health through proper nutrition and exercise, not with fad diets and quick fixes." This essentially sums up their approach.

Although very simple by nature, reaching weight loss goals is never easy. With a healthy meal plan that utilizes real food, Inches-A-Weigh is helping their members eat properly while they lose weight.
