DALLAS, TX, June 20, 2011 (Press-News.org) NightTHRiVE Media and Marketing Group LLC, a local grassroots company, announced Monday a massive campaign to assist at-risk youth in the Dallas-Ft. Worth Metroplex. Partnering with United Entertainment, Inc. of Fort Worth, Texas with a focus on at-risk youth, NightTHRiVE's CEO Michael Norton envisions a bright outlook for local area youth and advocates. "We're so very excited to be reaching out to the community with this landmark expansion. Now at-risk youth have answers that don't involve prison or probation. We're reaching them before they enter the system, rather than the current paradigm of solving the problem only after a crime has been committed. Through collaborative efforts with celebrities and entertainers, we're bringing prevention and hope throughout the Dallas-Ft. Worth Metroplex and far beyond."

Norton expands: "Our focus is on at-risk youth; specifically, drug and alcohol abuse as risk increases exponentially in our community. We want youth to know that they can be happy and have that white picket fence life without turning to alcohol, drugs or crime. There is hope out there and our goal is to provide at-risk youth with an alternative. With our efforts and collaboration with United Entertainment, Inc. and the Rainbow World Fund of San Francisco, California, we are proudly providing not just local but global assistance with our outreach. We're taking this message into the schools, avoiding youth stumbling into the unforgiving system."

NightTHRiVE Media and Marketing Group, LLC, is a local marketing and PR firm headquartered in Dallas, Texas. The main objective of the company is "Bringing Life to Your Vision," NightTHRiVE offers logo creation/optimization, web site design, event planning, media production, planning and promotion. The company utilizes one full-time account manager and two interns from local universities in addition to CEO Michael Norton.

NightTHRiVE Media and Marketing Group focuses on providing local and global businesses with an alternative to large corporations through utilizing a customer-based approach, rather than corporate greed. "We give the small business owner work space in our office in our downtown Dallas to ensure the best collaborative efforts are possible during marketing and PR events. We began this company because American business has changed immensely the last twenty years. Unfortunately, it's not been a change in step with the consumer. We give marketing back to the customer through personal care and attention to detail. Now more than ever, the media and marketing world is given back to those who utilize it most - small to medium sized companies," explained Norton.

NightTHRiVE Media and Marketing Group, LLC. is a green-based company, empowering team members to utilize public transportation (which Norton pays for) over bumper to bumper traffic and greenhouse gases. "We want to be part of the solution, rather than part of the problem," said Norton.
