AMMAN, JORDAN, June 21, 2011 (Press-News.org) Le Meridien Amman, a subsidiary of Starwood Hotels and Resorts, has recently announced the addition of a new chef to its culinary team, Chinese Chef Di Junkai whose role is to oversee culinary operations at its infamous fine dining China Town restaurant.

Junkai brings with him 24 years of culinary experience in many 5-star and luxury hotels from around the world. He took his first steps in the culinary art industry in his home country; China and continued his gastronomic creations in Beijing, Singapore, the Gulf countries and currently in Amman. The various culinary heritage in those countries have flavored Chef Junkai's experience and expertise.
