TV's greatest talent search is back and the national prime time debut is marked by the appearance of one of America's best young magicians, Michael Turco. Turco has made quite a name for himself in the NJ/NY area and has taken that fame to the casino's of Atlantic City where he has headlined shows at both Bally's,The Hilton and for Caesar's Entertainment.With the talent search open to acts of all ages, America's Got Talent has brought the variety format back to the forefront of American culture by showcasing performers from across the country.With hundreds of thousands of acts auditioning across the country, Turco is one of the elite few to make it through to the next round. At the NYC auditions, Turco wowed the judges and sailed through to Vegas.
The series is a true celebration of the American spirit, featuring a colorful array of hopeful stars, all vying for their chance to strut and perform on stage hoping to win America's hearts - and the one million dollar prize. Celebrity judges are Howie Mandel (Deal or No Deal), Sharon Osbourne and Piers Morgan, while actor/producer/comedian Nick Cannon returns as host.
Turco, a NJ native, is no stranger to the big stage having appeared on Broadway at the tender age of 16 alongside other fine magicians. Turco creates a spectacular stage show featuring mind-blowing illusions, close-up magic that will amaze everyone and audience participation he shares with his fans. What sets Turco apart from others in his field is that he's a natural storyteller and infuses each trick with an engrossing narrative drawn to keep audiences enthralled with suspense and intrigue.
