New IRS Lien Leads Put Through a Rigorous Data Hygiene Process

AgedLeadStore.com recently gained access to 10,000 Tax Liens, both state and federal, aimed at internet lead buyers. Each lead has been methodically put through a data hygiene process to ensure database integrity.

FLAT ROCK, MI, June 25, 2011 (Press-News.org) AgedLeadStore.com recently gained access to 10,000 Tax Liens, both state and federal, aimed at internet lead buyers. Each lead has been methodically put through a data hygiene process to ensure database integrity.

Tax and IRS leads are known for their high value and sales potential. These leads allow entities to market services to tax debtors such as: tax problem resolution services; tax return preparation; payroll services; bookkeeping; accounting; and bankruptcy representation.

"There is a ton of value in these leads," commented Troy Wilson, CEO of Next Wave Marketing Strategies, who manages AgedLeadStore.com. "These work best for our clients that are using them for tax lien direct mail campaigns who are seeing about a 1% response rate and typical customer acquisition cost around $600."

AgedLeadStore.com is processing an additional 10,000 leads per month using a data hygiene process which includes querying the U.S. Postal Service's National Change of Address (NCOA) database to determine if any of the individuals or companies/organizations in the database have relocated, making sure each address in the database is actually a valid address to which the U.S. Postal Service will deliver mail, and updating the database with correct addresses as needed.

To purchase tax settlement leads, a minimum order of $500.00 is required, with prices per tax lien ranging between .15-20 cents depending on volume. Records come with name, full address, IRS tax lien amount, filing date, lien type, and county filed. Phone numbers can also be included for an additional fee.
