Citypadz, one of the north east's leading property letting agents, has revamped its online marketing strategy.The new marketing strategy has been as part of a strategic move to raise their profile with audiences across the region and in the rest of the UK. The agency's revitalised marketing approach has seen it redesign its website to improve reader experience and included the development of a presence across social media platforms such as Facebook and Twitter.
These changes reflect the organic growth of the company over the last year, which has seen it expand its property portfolio to cater to the whole of the North East.
Running alongside this the team at Citypadz has seen an increase in contracts for investors and landlords based out of the region as well as working with corporate companies and individuals on relocation packages.

The new site provides a platform for users to search for properties as well as providing a wealth of advice and guidance on legal and logistical issues to prospective tenants and new landlords.
Citypadz Newcastle lettings has not, however, forgotten its existing customers. A new interactive 'live chat' function has been incorporated into the site to ensure that maintenance issues can be dealt with in real time.
