Mallorca Climbing Camps welcome you to the world's only Deep Water Soloing rock climbing camps for teens in Europe. Climb exotic and overhanging limestone rocks of this beautiful island and have fun with rock climbing in this exotic Spanish island.

2011-06-30
ASPEN, CO, June 30, 2011 (Press-News.org) Europe gains another benchmark with the establishment of Mallorca Climbing Camps in the beautiful coastal land of Mallorca. The camps are based on the one of the Balearic Islands of Spain. Mallorca is situated about 100 kilometers at the south east of the coastal city of Barcelona. Situated along the Mediterranean Sea, the place has wonderful overhanging cliffs made up of limestone which is the perfect type of rock for deep water soloing.

Mallorca Climbing Camps has snatched this wonderful opportunity and have set up world's only deep water Deep Water Soloing camps for Adults and teens in Europe. Teaching the kids the very first steps of deep water soloing is none other than the IFMGA certified mountain guide and deep water soloing coach, Amos Whiting. Under the expert guidance of Amos, the kids would learn the art and adventure of DWS climbing.

The camps will provide the teens with supportive and friendly atmosphere which will help the young ones to learn the steps of DWS in a fast and efficient manner. The students will not only learn to climb safely above the clear waters of the Mediterranean Sea but they will also experience the rich culture of the island of Mallorca. Along with DWS the students will also be taught bouldering.

The Mallorca climbing camps have given new dimensions to the trend of rock climbing in Europe. The camps are most active during the summer time as this is the time when the teens would be able to utilize their time fully. The camps also have specialized classes for adults which means that the grown ups can also have a go with the limestone rocks of Mallorca.

Coach Amos says that he is having a wonderful time with the kids and the adults. The coach says that apart from giving climbing lessons, he is also improvising his climbing skills and adding more to his experience.
