Plustek Debuts VMS MultiManager Software Application

New Video Management Software Manages Up to 128 Live Cameras

CERRITOS, CA, June 30, 2011 (Press-News.org) Plustek Technology Inc., a manufacturer of consumer, prosumer, professional and office imaging devices (including portable scanners, sheet fed/flat bed scanners, and graphics scanners), announced today the launch of its VMS MultiManager software application for management and operation of NVR (Network Video Recorder) devices.

Designed to increase the efficiency and flexibility of NVR monitoring systems, the Plustek VMS MultiManager application allows users to live view up to 16 simultaneous video channels as well as facilitating playback and automated scheduled backup of recorded videos.

• Includes tools to reduce backup file sizes
• Remote viewing and management of recorded data via Web or FTP access
• Flexible permissions give different user's privileges for PTZ operation, view setting modification, video/image file export, schedule backup, or NVR manipulation

• Record video streams up to up to 60 frames-per-second in HQ VGA (640x480)
