MIAMI, FL, July 01, 2011 (Press-News.org) The Criminal Defense Center, P.A. in Miami, Florida has launched a website to serve as a communication tool offering legal services to Miami-Dade and Broward Counties. This decision resulted in a website - http://www.lefcourtcriminaldefensemiami.com - showcasing the legal services the Criminal Defense Center, P.A. offers. Union Square Computers of Hickory, NC designed the website with easy navigation and accessibility in mind.

For over twenty years, Mark A. Lefcourt and the Criminal Defense Center, P.A., has successfully defended thousands of cases. The majority of his clients are young professionals who have simply made a mistake. Mr. Lefcourt's practice is better described as "salon style" as opposed to what one might experience in a typical "assembly line" firm. He believes that mistakes or errors in judgment do not automatically brand one a "criminal". Some areas of specialty include DUIs, drug offenses, mortgage fraud, theft crimes, suspended license violations, prostitution, and the sealing and expunging of records.

Mr. Lefcourt's approach challenges the procedural "loopholes" of the legal system, even before addressing the substantive issues. Many of his clients are first-time offenders and fearful of the judicial system. His practice is geared to produce positive outcomes without the necessity of trial. Almost all of his cases are resolved with favorable outcomes and happy clients. These positive outcomes are usually the result of a "hard-hitting" motion practice, which seldom requires the exposure of clients to the risks associated with trials.

"Our firm has known since its inception that there is a difference between being a criminal and having criminal charges filed against you," says Mr. Lefcourt, Criminal Defense Attorney. "For that reason, we take an active role in problem solving. We focus not only on the criminal charges, but on how these charges can complicate the accused person's life. At the Criminal Defense Center, we are not satisfied with just winning cases. We deem it our mission to focus on how the arrest and/or the charges affect the client's life-path."
