Brady Associate Receives National Standards Certification

The certification program is accredited by the American National Standards Institute.

Vibration analysis is an important part of maintaining peak performance for equipment that includes rotating parts. It can detect imbalances, misalignment, structural instability, as well as design flaws. Early detection through vibration analysis can minimize the unscheduled downtime of mechanical systems.

An individual certified as a Level II Vibration Analyst has proven proficiency in six areas of expertise. These include basic vibration, data acquisition, data processing, fault analysis, condition evaluation and machine testing. Additionally, applicants need complete a four-day course of study and have at least one year of experience.
