In UK, we will receive the GT-i9100 variant powered by Exynos 4210. And it was later announced that Samsung Mobiles had received up to 3 million pre-ordered Galaxy S II units. Just in South Korea itself, there are more than a million active phones only a month after launch.
Reviews for this latest Samsung mobile phone have been really positive. Engadget has given Galaxy II a 9 out of 10 rating and called it as the best Android smartphone and also possibly the best smartphone. Other review sources such as CNET UK gave it a 4.5 out of 5 and TechRadar gave the phone a 5 out of 5 stars. Most important of all, Mobile Industry Awards 2011 awarded Samsung Galaxy II the "hottest New Phone for 2011" award.

This mobile phone is released around February this year (2011) as the budget model smartphone. It boosted the 3.5in screen with an 800MHz CPU operated using Android 2.2 system. Not only that, this smartphone come with a 5.0 megapixel Camera complete with LED.
The winning points from this Galaxy Ace is the ultra slim design, 112.4 x 59.9 x11.5 mm and weighs less than 120 grams. Additionally, Samsung Galaxy Ace promised to be on the inexpensive side of smartphones.
