BIRMINGHAM, AL, July 07, 2011 (Press-News.org) July 11th marks the start of the OnePinky Summer of Self-Love Tele-class Series which will address the issue of why 80 percent of people who lose weight gain it right back. On the calls, women will learn the permanent solution for weight loss and will connect how releasing emotional issues will allow them to achieve their weight loss goals.
The series will be hosted by body image mastery mentor, Laura Fenamore, who will be sharing her own experience of how she overcame the obstacles she had with weight loss. Laura lost over 100 pounds and kept it off for more than twenty years.
Laura states that "many people diet to achieve a short-term goal, like getting a job or finding a partner, and once they reach that goal, they lose motivation and regain the weight."
The solution to this dieting roller coaster? Laura suggests that we need to create a larger vision and reverse the pattern of thinking that an external change will result in deeper, internal happiness. "If we shift our goal from external to internal, we then set a new goal to let go of the past and love ourselves. Once you achieve this, you won't want to abuse your body and you can end that vicious cycle."
OnePinky Summer of Self-Love Tele-class Series, will teach women how to:
-reverse the negative effects of a poor self-image to gain self-confidence
-silence their inner critic
-release excess baggage
-be a healthy role model
-shed extra weight once and for all
