Weadock has spent the past eight years working for Sally White & Associates, first joining the company as a career consultant in June 2003. Prior to her current promotion she represented the company as its Global Development Director.

"I'm very excited," Weadock said. "This gives me more opportunities to be out with the clients and work more closely with the relocation management companies. Sally White & Associates has had such a presence in the industry for so long and I want to continue to build on that."

Prior to joining the company, Weadock spent several years working in the staffing industry.

Executive Vice President Patience Skipper said she saw immediate leadership potential in Weadock during her first days with the company.

"We saw a lot of potential in her as a career consultant and she quickly worked her way up from there," Skipper said. "She's excelled in leadership positions and has an engaging personality that shows her passion for this business. She has a really sincere connection with our corporate clients as well as the trailing spouses and partners we assist."

Skipper says that Weadock's wealth of experience and steady hand help serve as the foundation for where the company is heading.

'She's proved herself," Skipper said. "She has already helped us reach some of our marketing goals regarding international development, while continuing to keep us on target for our growth goals for domestic business as well."

On the communications side, Skipper sees the addition of Richard White's skills as a natural fit for the company.

"Richard brings a great amount of diligence and attention to detail and corporate communication knowledge to our company," Skipper said. "His depth of experience and exposure in writing in other industries is a talent he has that will help our media and communications department become even stronger."

White brings six years of journalism experience to Sally White & Associates. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in English from the University of North Texas and a Master of Arts in Communications from the University of Texas at Austin.

"I'm thrilled to join Sally White & Associates," White said. "And I hope through my education, experience and hard work that I can produce the high level results that have come to define the outstanding reputation this company holds."
