Global Promo Logos Launches New Incentive Reward Plan For Customers

Global Promo Logos has launched their incentive reward plan for all customers with base orders of $500 and up

2011-07-29
TEMPE, AZ, July 29, 2011 (Press-News.org) Global Promo Logos is now offering an incentive reward to all customers who are at the $500.00 and above on their order intake. The plan, based on the rewards system used by big box retailers, has launched in anticipation of the upcoming election year. It is in place to reward the customer who makes large purchases and is looking for their reward or loyalty token. Much like the blue dot savings, and rapid rewards used by major retailers, this incentive program is based on volume and cost. The new plan will not be regional in base but in fact will be available to the nationwide market to which they serve.

As in all new systems, the incentive reward plan is cross-functional in that it provides for added growth potential for those who chose to use. It also is a service line addition that the company hopes will increase repeat customers. Furthermore, this plan is expected to create a significant rise to customer service levels on an internal basis. The plan is simple; all customers will be given an individual code which signifies their plan participation. The same code will then follow them throughout the sales and service process. From this, the costumer is encouraged to share their code with up to 5 referrals. When these referrals utilize the customer unique code there is an option for the initial buyer to receive credit and rewards on future orders.

The creation and implementation of the performance plan comes from a desire by management to reward repeat customers as well as to track their return orders. Since the company primarily performs off their e-commerce platform by having a unique code for tracking they are able to quantify their level of consumer retention as well as levels of support and service.
