SCHAUMBURG, IL, August 06, 2011 (Press-News.org) Rabine Paving, a proud member of Communication Associations Institute (CAI), facilitated the CAI Homeowners Forum in the Rabine Group's state of the art auditorium located at the headquarters in Schaumburg. The Illinois Chapter of CAI has over 1100 members and serves the educational, business, and networking needs of associations in the Chicagoland Area.
Rabine Group employee, Steve White, was invited to be a part of the 8 panelists. The Forum discussed budgets and reserves, community involvement, foreclosures, election procedures, insurance, landscaping, maintenance, self managed associations and more.
More than 40 people attended the seminar at Rabine Group Academy. It took place on June 22nd from 7 to 9 p.m. The forum was open to CAI members as well as nonmembers and included complimentary food and beverages.
