COLUMBUS, OH, August 12, 2011 (Press-News.org) ForeverFit's very successful "Better Body Boot Camp for Women" is moving to a new location beginning September 6. Classes will be held at the Columbus Dance Centre at 1000-B Morrison Road in Gahanna. Better Body Boot Camp runs in four week sessions (twice a week) and will be offered Tuesday and Thursday nights from 6:30-7:30 p.m. Run by certified personal trainer and expert inf women's fitness, Nancy Eisenman, Better Body Boot Camp is guaranteed to motivate and inspire you to get out of comfort zone to achieve all of the results you are seeking. Whether you are just wanting and needing to get back into the fitness game or looking to take your current fitness level to new heights, Better Body Boot Camp is just the ticket.
All workouts are fun and challenging and include cardio, strength, balance and flexibility. Eisenman mixes up the workouts weekly to create muscle confusion and to keep you on your toes. Pilates, yoga and kickboxing are often integrated into the workouts to give you a total body conditioning experience.
Better Body Boot Camp also has evening classes in Grandview and morning classes in Gahanna. The morning classes in Gahanna are held at another Gahanna location and are perfect for new moms and/or beginners to boot camp.
