Bond International Software's eEmpACT On Demand Debuts Staffing Industry's First SaaS Cloud Computing Front & Back Office Solution

eEmpACT On Demand, the first 100% web-based front and back office staffing software solution, is poised to improve staffing operations at a critical growth time for the industry.

2010-09-21
MINNEAPOLIS, MN, September 21, 2010 (Press-News.org) Bond International Software announced today that Bond eEmpACT On Demand staffing software will debut and be available for sale at the American Staffing Association's (ASA) Staffing World Convention and Expo, October 12 -15 in Las Vegas, Nevada. With eEmpACT On Demand, staffing firms can access front office, payroll and billing/accounting functions from a Web-enabled computer, virtually anywhere.

Also being announced today is the news that in the last few months 15 firms have already selected eEmpACT. Bond International Software reports new installations with over 800 users with companies that include Advantage Staffing (a division of Advantage Resourcing), Damian, Impact Staffing and Continental.

This news comes as U.S. staffing companies are reporting strong growth in the number of temporary workers employed in the second quarter of this year, compared with the same period last year, according to survey data released by the ASA. Staffing sales in the second quarter of this year totaled $16.9 billion, according to ASA survey results—a 32.8% increase over the same period last year. This is the largest year-to-year percentage increase recorded since ASA began tracking industry sales on a quarterly basis in 1992.

Bond International Software's development of eEmpACT On Demand offers a web-based solution for high-volume staffing firms providing key efficiencies:

• Eliminates double entry and patched together multiple systems with one centralized database
• Enables firms to hold employees more accountable, giving them universal access to information anywhere, anytime
• Allows sales reps to be more productive and completely mobile, and ensures consistent follow-up for potential customers

"Staffing firms come under constant pressure to operate more efficiently, effectively and accurately - and stay one step ahead of the competition. Whether in the office, at home or on the run, eEmpACT On Demand staffing software will enable businesses to successfully run their business operations from anywhere with Internet access," says Claudette Jaswa, VP of Sales and Marketing for eEmpACT Software.

With this out-of-the-box front and back office solution, eEmpACT handles all server, backup and upgrade responsibilities for an affordable monthly fee. Its state-of-the-art Cloud Computing site provides dual-power generators, multiple internet feeds and redundant cooling for the ultimate reliability and security.

Adds Steve Russell, Bond International Software CEO: "Bond is dedicated to delivering the most powerful, flexible and scalable technology infrastructure to empower businesses to develop and manage global workforces. For staffing firms, that means sustaining a long-term competitive advantage by remaining agile 24/7 with eEmpACT On Demand. This release is a step toward the integration of Bond's solutions for corporate HR and staffing firms - enabling a seamless human capital supply chain.
