iGoDigital to Present at Shop.org 2011 Annual Summit

The roundtable entitled "Tips to harness and pitfalls to avoid when implementing product recommendations" will take place September 14th from 12:30-1:45 p.m. at the EXPO Hall of the Boston Convention & Exhibition Center. RFPs, consultants and lengthy review processes are essential when evaluating personalization vendors, yet too often online retailers still find themselves facing obstacles. Ertell will discuss lessons learned from previous implementations of personalized product recommendations at retail companies and insights from his current, ongoing implementation with iGoDigital. The session will also cover tips on how to how to select the right vendor and launch successfully without falling prey to many of the common hazards. Any retailer thinking about implementing personalization on their site, or in the process of an implementation, can benefit from Ertell's real-life stories around vendor selection and lessons learned.
