The British band are due to play at the Czech capital's Tesla Arena on their last trip around Europe before they split up at the end of the year.

Having sold more than 50 million records since forming in Manchester in 1985, soul vocalist Mick Hucknall's group have amassed a legion of dedicated fans in cities all over the world.

Simply Red devotees heading to the Prague concert on Sunday November 14th can expect to hear classic hits from the band's 25-year career, including Stars, Fairground, Holding Back the Years and Money's Too Tight (To Mention).

Before the event, a special programme paying tribute to Hucknall and his group's musical achievements is due to air on British TV. Simply Red - For the Last Time will be presented by Christine Bleakley for ITV1 on Saturday September 25th, featuring live performances and an interview with the singer.

For those planning to see the band in Prague, tickets for the arena show are available now. Prices range between 990 and 1,290 Czech koruna (GBP33 and GBP43.60).

Speaking about the band's final run of gigs, Hucknall said: "Welcome to the final year of 25 mind-blowing years. What an adventure its has been!"
