TAMPA, FL, September 01, 2011
Tampa-based development company HD Interactive is pleased to announce reaching 100,000 iPhone and iPad app downloads from its gaming division, HDI Games (@HDIGames). The company, which earlier this year devoted a team to full-time, in-house game development, has released 11 original titles throughout the iTunes, Android Marketplace, Nook and Blackberry markets.HD Interactive uses the Adobe Flash Builder platform and Adobe Flex to code their popular games and apps, like Mr. Mixit, Kung Fu Battle Slots, Pyramix, and their latest game, Neptune, due out later this week.
"Our familiarity with the Adobe tools makes the development process smooth and the execution of new concepts very manageable," said Sean Carey, HD Interactive CEO. "We are very passionate about creating games, and when you know people are enjoying them, it's inspiring to keep working and produce better games each time."
Pyramix, HD Interactive's highly addictive word game, and its newest two-player, one-device release, Kung Fu Battle Slots, are also available for the new Color Nook.
